Putting it together

Prep - tape box up to seal any flaps or lids

  1. Trace/draw a circle in the center of the wider side of the box. This will be the “front” of the “guitar”

  2. Using scissors or a boxcutter, carefully cut out the outline of the circle

  3. Take your string, wrap it one (1) x around the box long-wise. Make sure the string is tight, snug, secure. This will help produce the strumming sound. Tie a knot to secure leaving an ample “left over” string end.

  4. Continue to wrap the string tightly around the box (two) 2 more times. Tie the string ends in a secure knot. Then evenly space the strings across the front of the box over the open hole.

  5. Use a piece of Duct Tape to secure the strings.

  6. Flip your “guitar” over so that the side with the hole is facing down towards the table. Take your Paint Mixing Stick and place it on the backside of the “guitar” (facing you).

  7. Secure the Paint Mixing Stick to the back of the “guitar” using Duct Tape.

Turn your “guitar” over and Voilá!
